Jen Lewin’s site-specific, interactive sculpture Aqueous made its first visit to Georgetown GLOW. Created in 2017, Aqueous invites all participants to move on, among, and around the sculpture, engaging in the Art of Play.
Derived from the Golden Ratio, each platform in Aqueous is created from a custom, rotationally molded form. During the day, Aqueous’ surface reflects the sky, audience, and surrounding environment. At night, Aqueous will engages visitors as they walk along its surface watching as their actions create swirling eddies of light.
